Release Notes

Happy 2021! As the world starts to reopen, we have been working with a few clients to start testing different ways to sell tickets. This release contains a few bug fixes as well as a few enhancements to the product to allow for organizations to force patrons to reserve in certain quantities.

Happy Holidays! 2.9.2 includes a number of enhancements and improvements to the product. This release is filled with improvements to both the overall performance of the application as well as patron user experience. Also included is a brand new opportunity to render the SmartSeat seat map on other pages on your site (i.e. display your seats in a modal on the cart page). 

We didn't forget! 2.9.1 includes some of the top vote getters from last year's community release voting. This release also includes some small enhancements and bug fixes as we have member of our community ramping up to potentially sell some tickets soon.

Let's call it our summer release! 2.9 represents the accumulation of all of our work in the last 3 months. The most notable efforts include the Social Distancing SmartSeat Solution (SDSS) and the release of our community website. In addition, this release is chock-full of new enhancements and product fixes requested by various organizations in the community.

It’s our first major release of 2020! The big news here is delivery on one of the top vote-getters from the community vote: SmartSeat’s Filter page and Seat Map page now contain the same features, so the experience offers the same options if you turn one of those pages off.
